Conferences
To all Rural Nurses:
With the tough economic situation many of us
are facing, the ability to attend conferences is limited. Through
a generous sponsorship by the Johnson & Johnson Campaign
for Nursing's Future, Idaho State University School of Nursing
is now offering ten $100.00 scholarships to the 2009 Quality:
The Rural Nurse Perspective Conference in Boise, Idaho, June
4-5. Actively employed rural nurses are eligible for this scholarship
which will be applied to conference tuition. Go to www.rno.org for further information
on the conference and registration forms. Poster abstracts
are still being accepted. Conference attendance doesn't get
any better than Fabulous Rural Nurse Leaders, the latest evidence
for bedside care, new educational practices, and quality research.
Deadline to submit applications:
May 15, 2009.
